This option will disable uprivileged BPF by default. It can be reenabled,
though, as it uses the new value 2 for the kernel.unprivileged_bpf_disabled
sysctl. That value disables it, but allows the sysctl knob to be set back
to 0.

This allows sysadmins to enable unprivileged BPF back by using sysctl
config files.

Import the config changes from master kernel.

UBUNTU: [Config] add i386 to CONFIG_SYSTEM_REVOCATION_KEYS annotation

Import the changes from master kernel. Don't really need this since
it's for i386, but still pull it in to avoid future conflicts.

UBUNTU: [Config] Enable CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_BTF on all arches

New backport of pahole is now available in focal & bionic (and
builders extra ppa) that works with new enough kernels, thus it is now
possible to enable CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_BTF on all arches for the v5.4
based kernels.

Import from master kernel config changes.
