* debian/watch: Add watch file pointing at archive.ubuntu.com.
* debian/changelog: Set myself as Maintainer, change VCS-* fields and upgrade
  Standards-Version to 3.8.3. Also add ${misc:Depends} to Depends.
* debian/copyright: Switch to DEP-5 draft format.
* debian/rules: Correctly use dh.
* Install NEWS as the upstream changelog.

  and parsing commented out lines. (LP: #288731)
* Convert packaging to dh.

3. By to be removed

* New upstream version. Fixes the following bug:
  - "python-fstab tries to rename a temp file into /etc, but this fails

2. By to be removed

* When writing an fstab, copy its permissions to the temporary file.
* debian/control: Added Vcs-Bzr and Homepage headers. Thanks to toobaz
  for the suggestion.
* debian/copyright: Fixed to refer to /usr/share/common-licenses/GPL-3,
  instead of GPL-2, since that's the right copyright license. Thanks
  to Colin Watson for pointing this out.
* Changed copyright to be GPL-3 only. (GPL-3 now also included in the
  file COPYING. Oops.)
