This simple notification call was emitting, but nothing was picking it up and writing it to the watch. The watch app name is set as the source, so each can be excluded separately.

XMLHttpRequest event listeners

JSKitXMLHttpRequest was missing the add and removeEventListener methods that were already proxied in jskitsetup. Some apps try to set up error handlers this way, and crash.

onReady handler expects an object to be passed. Some watch apps crash when they try to access members of this object e.g. Misfit
Also removed XMLHttpRequest state constants, as they seem to override and undefine those already present in the class.

abranson 2016-03-18 Generate Notification UUID on instantiation so it can be tracked by the platform. Add predefined parentId so that the dismissals are forwarded back to the watch.
abranson 2016-03-18 Remove orphaned Qt5Organizer includes from libpebble, so the dependency can be dropped if the platform doesn't support it.
