* debian/rules: rewrite with dh debhelper sequencer.
  Add build dependency on dpkg-dev >= 1.15.4 because of dpkg-buildflags.
* debian/patches/fix-unresolved-pam_ssh_log.diff: add patch that
  fixes unresolved symbol pam_ssh_log error introduced in version 1.97.
  Add build dependency on automake1.7 (needed for rebuilding Makefile.in
  after patch)
* debian/pam-auth-update.silent-ssh-single-sign-on:
  rename to debian/pam-auth-update.pam_ssh for better compatibility
  with https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PAMConfigFrameworkSpec
* debian/patches: disable all patches because of multiple
  conflicts (maybe re-enable them later)
