* Changes the hot halo cooling pipes such that it is the absolute value
  of the angular momentum cooling rate that is sent through the
  pipe. This prevents the formation of disks with negative angular
  momentum (since the angular momentum tracked is just the magnitude of
  angular momentum - not the vector quantity - a negative value is
  unphysical). This prevents crashes (reported by Sergio Sanes) which
  could occur if a node began accreting gas from the IGM during a period
  when the angular momentum of the halo was decreasing - leading to a
  negative angular momentum in the hot gas component which then got
  piped to the disk component.
