Wrote in functions to edit tables in place, started with user table.

created a table class for php to make the creation of tables quicker.
switched to DataTables plugin for pagination, striping, and sorting of tables.
Switched UI to smoothness
Moved the addUserDiv to below the Content div so its not duplicated on .ajax loads

Temp-fixed an issue where the addUserDiv was multiplied in the DOM everytime the users.php was reloaded via ajax. Need to look at livequery or .live to bind events instead
