Screen: monitor root RESOURCE_MANAGER and update cursors when Size or Theme changes

Also add cursorCache to get a cursor caching its shape for future re-usage.

Screen: add cursorChangeNotify function and call it on XA_RESOURCE_MANAGER

We keep resources saved in resourceManager as CompOption, if anything cursor
related changes we emit a cursorChangeNotify
