I haven't had the spare time to try this release, so I'm late with my question. Sorry.
I've downloaded the archive above and tried to install it with the following call:
$ mkdir translations
$ python setup.py install --prefix=/home/jd/local
The given prefix is the path where I install all my "test installations". Nevertheless, the regular zim package is still installed on my system!
Starting /home/jd/local/bin/zim works fine, but I can't see any difference to the regular package. Any hint?
So I started to install it on an older laptop I've prepared with a Ubuntu Karmic release. Here it comes up with an error. zim couldn't fint the module zim.
I' no python developer, so could you give me a hint please? Thanks.
