Updated scenarios and config names

CHanged the scenario names to more closely match the purpose
  rather than tying it to which exact json is being used.

Changed the names of the JSONs to match the topology, and
  changed some of the JSONs to simplify the topology. For
  example, removed cassandra from all but one topo and
  use 2 zks for most topos (rather than 1 or 3). Also
  changed the initials to use 'c' for 'compute' rather
  than c=cassandra and m=midolman (to try and decouple
  the topo from midolman)
