Justin, thanks, very interesting, we did try to play with the buffer size but it didn't go too far, I am aware of other ISO extractors having the same issue, and I am sure there is a solution, but I wasn't able to find any literature on the topic and since I cannot reproduce the bug on my machine, it is quite tricky to debug this one. The workaround is to copy the CD content as opposed to extract the ISO, but at the moment that route is blocked by #243105
