I'm just testing Unity from PPA, and I found this:
1. If I focus an application by clicking on it's titlebar, and then I start Nautilus from the launcher, Nautilus gets the focus
2. If I focus an application by clicking inside it's window, and then I start Nautilus from the launcher, Nautilus doesn't get the focus
