* New upstream release.
* Change watch file to correctly decide the version between various
  compression methods.
* Remove fix-ftbfs-with-binutils-gold.patch, applied upstream.
  - Remove debian/patches, we are not shipping any patches.
* Remove the rule to remove the static lib upon cleaning, it's now done by
  make clean.
* Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.5, no changes required.
* Export hardening flags.
* Switch the package to Qt 5:
  - debian/rules: export QT_SELECT := qt5
  - Change the package description.
  - Adjust Qt build dependencies to the new Qt 5 ones.
* Bump debhelper compat to 9.
* Remove debian/watch boilerplate.
* Fix path to license in debian/copyright.
