* debian/control: Add versioned build-dep on xlibs-pic to pull in the
  pic version of libXau.
* lib/XCB/Imakefile, programs/hypnomoire/Imakefile,
  programs/xcbtests/Imakefile: replace -lXau with -lXau_pic. (Closes:
  #196982)
* debian/rules: switch to common-configure-arch.
