* removed patch 08_fix_capabilities.diff again: this does not help, jackd
  wants to give capabilities to frontend user programs, which really does
  need CAP_SETPCAP (but is an insane thing to do security-wise)
* debian/rules: disabled building with capabilities, don't install jackd as
  suid root any more, but still symlink it to jackstart for backwards
  compatibility
* jackd.README.Debian: reverted to old version before -3ubuntu2
