* new upstream release 0.9, introduces new is, nn-NO, ro and zh-TW
  locales. (LP: #324635)
* debian/control: Add transitional package for missing mn, mk, pa-IN
  and tr locales.
* debian/patches/da.diff, debian/patches/i.diff; drop previously
  used hacks that have been fixed upstream.
