* Really append -Wl,--as-needed to LDFLAGS instead of overwriting the
  hardening flags. Thanks to Simon Ruderich for spotting this.
  Closes: #661009.
* Use copyright-format 1.0.
* Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.3, no changes needed.
