* Changed section to Ruby as per ftp-masters' request

* Added missing ${misc:Depends} dependencies
* Added debian/README.source explaining the need for the +dfsg version
* Standards-version 3.7.3 → 3.8.3
* Commented out upstream's metaconfig, as it uses a call to setup.rb no
  longer supported by the version in Debian
* Include the example files in the documentation binary package
