* Disable Mozilla plugins (see desktop-lucid-new-firefox-support-model)
  - remove mozilla-beagle and thunderbird-beagle from debian/control
  - update debian/rules to build with --disable-thunderbird and comment
    out the install hooks for the mozilla plugin components
  - add debian/patches/no_mozilla_extension.dpatch to not build the
    firefox plugin
* Disable the Evolution backend, as libevolution5.0-cil is not in the
  archive
  - remove beagle-backend-evolution from debian/control
  - update debian/rules to build with --disable-evolution
  - udpate debian/control to not build-depend on libevolution5.0-cil
