* debian/control
  - switch Vcs-Browser field to viewsvn
  - updated my email address
  - bump Standards-Version to 3.8.0
    + added debian/README.source
  - added ${misc:Depends} to binary package
* debian/rules
  - removed commented 'configure' target
  - used 'patch-stamp' instead of 'patch', but moved as dep for 'build-stamp'
  - merge 'rm' call into 'dh_clean' one
* debian/copyright
  - clearly separated upstream author, copyright and license notices
  - clearly referring to GPL-2 local file
* debian/pycompat
  - removing since we're using XS-Python-Version in source stanza
