* Convert the repository from SVN on collab-maint to git in the printing
  namespace; update the VCS-* fields accordingly
* Drop DM-Upload-Allowed field, Stefan got granted upload rights using the
  new FTP-Master's procedure
* Bump debhelper compat to 9, update versioned build-dependendy of debhelper
* Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.5 without changes needed
* Put package under the Debian Printing Team umbrella, with Stefan's
  agreement
* Add patch to fix the recieved/received typo in esc-m
* Add patch to fix the hyphen-as-minus errors in the min12xxw manpage
* Drop superfluous dh_installchangelogs call
* Replace dh_clean -k with dh_prep
* Import Ubuntu changes:

  - Recommend foomatic-db-compressed-ppds to get the PPDs for this printer
    driver. Recommend foomatic-db only as an alternative.
  - Switched source format to 3.0 (quilt)
  - Moved upstream changes of the Debian package into a proper patch
  - Added apport hook on Ubuntu and derivatives (LP: #338442)
  - Put CPPFLAGS and LDFLAGS for the ./configure command line in quotes
