* Rebase on Debian unstable, remaining Ubuntu changes:
* debian/control:
  - Add build-depends on dh-autoreconf
* debian/rules:
  - Build with --with autoreconf
* debian/patches/add_datahub_autostart_delay.patch:
  - add a 20s delay to start datahub for boot speed
* debian/patches/nodisplay_autostart.patch:
  - Don't show in "Startup Applications"
* debian/patches/pre_populator.patch:
  - prepopulate zeitgeist results in ubuntu to avoid having an empty unity
    home dash in a new session
