* Add patches for more recent kernels, grabbed from
  http://www.zz9.dk/wrr, and compose another patch for newest
  kernel based on those with small adjustments to wrr.c. This closes:
  bug#299826, thanks to Raphael Geissert, Andreas Henriksson and
  especially to Rune Kock (providing wrr.c adjustments).
* Update watch file.
* Packaging moved to collab-maint Git at Alioth. Add VCS-* hints.
* Move Homepage to own field in debian/control.
* Update cdbs tweaks:
  + Major improvements to copyright-check, adding versioned
    build-dependency on devscripts. Add debian/copyright_hints.
  + Drop buildcore.mk override.
  + Add new local snippet package-relations.mk to do dependency
    cleanup.
  + Update debian/README.cdbs-tweaks.
* Add DEB_MAINTAINER_MODE in debian/rules (thanks to Romain Beauxis).
