  file or directory": update package for 3.x kernels:
  - add wildcard pattern for finding the 3.x or 2.6.x kernel source in
    debian/rules
  - update build-dependeny to linux-source | linux-source-2.6

* d/rules: Find Ubuntu's linux-source, too, which uses bz2 and not xz;
  resolves FTBFS.
* d/control: Fix lintian error [missing b-d on dpkg-dev (>= 1.16.1~)].
