* Lower Priority of liblash-dev to extra: Depends on similarly
  prioritized uuid-dev.
* Tighten build-dependency on cdbs to versions properly supporting
  debhelper compat level 7.
* Update copyright-check suppression for newer CDBS.
* Update copyright file:
  + Rewrite w/ Subversion draft rev.173 of DEP5.
  + Fix include actual (not exact but) Expat-like license.
* Add patch 06 to fix load projects from JFS (and other filesystems).
  Thanks to Dan Muresan.
* Use new default python helper (not deprecated python-support).
  Tighten build-dependencies on python and cdbs accordingly.
* Avoid installing .la files: Unneeded, and with new python helper
  upsets lintian.
