add additional fields to describe-images output

The big addition here is ip_address and public_ip_address, which largely
reduce/remove the need for the '--ipv4' patch.

prefix EUCA_REGION2ENDPOINT environment var with '_'

Per some discussion in #eucalyptus with gholms and garnaat1
it seems that the environment variable isn't loved, so while they
sort that out, I'll make it less supported by making it
_EUCA_REGION2ENDPOINT
