cobbler-ubuntu-import: skip unknown distros

Previously, 'cobbler-ubuntu-import --update-existing'
would basically assume that every distro with 'breed=ubuntu' would
be formated as '<codename>-<arch>'. That might not be the case
if someone manually imported something.

This skips anything that is not formated <codename>-<arch>,
and makes use of distro-info (distro-info --supported) to get that list.

cobbler-ubuntu-import: add '--update-existing' flag for updating
all existin ubuntu distros. Also fix issues where multiple
codename-arch arguments were not being honored.
