* Merge with Debian:
  - Split demo executables out from the wayland package
  - Update to newer upstream snapshot 65e5051b from May 31, 2011.
  - Put client programs in /usr/lib/wayland/bin
* Remaining Ubuntu changes:
  - control: Replaces/Conflicts with original Ubuntu wayland package
  - control: Add dependencies libx11-xcb1, libudev-dev, libxkbcommon-dev
  - copyright: dep5 metadata
  - README.Debian: Spelling fix
  - wstart script for starting a wayland session
* Add debian/patches/100_no_cairo_egl.patch
  - Fixes build/run without cairo egl. Cherrypick from upstream.
* control: Add additional required dependencies for new snapshot,
  libgbm-dev and libgl1-mesa-dev.
* background.png: GPL'd background image in png format, because this
  wayland snapshot's compositor does not start with jpg backgrounds.
