* New upstream release.
  - Upstream release improves oil tank explosions (closes: #188298)
* Clean up patches.
  - Upstream now includes spelling-errors.patch, so remove it
  - Upstream now includes part of headers.patch, so tweak it
  - Add remove-auto-files.patch to remove config.log and config.status
* Pass --program-prefix="" to ./configure so binary installs properly.
* Bump standards version to 3.9.1.0 (no packaging changes).
