* 06_as-needed.patch: fix FTBFS with --as-needed linker option (LP: #771127).
* Switch to debhelper 7 with rules.tiny makefile.
  - introduce debian/gnome-translate.manpages instead of a parameter to
    dh_installman
* Switch to source format 3.0 (quilt).
  - drop dpatch build dependency
  - drop debian/README.source
* Use dh-autoreconf instead of manually produced 99_autoconf.dpatch.
  - modifications necessary to successfully run autoreconf are in patch
    05_autoreconf.patch
* Add ${misc:Depends} to binary dependencies (this adds gconf2).
* Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.2.
