* New upstream development release.
  + debian/patches/02_suggest_discover.patch: Removed, applied upstream.
  + debian/control (Build-Depends): Updated libopensync-dev build
    dependency to libopensync1exp7-dev.
* Upload to unstable.
* Package renamed to osynctool.
