* New upstream release (closes: #549781)

* Replaced Rafael Laboissiere by Jörg Sommer, because Rafael has
  quit the project.

* Set the DM-Upload-Allowed field to yes to allow uploads by Jörg.

* Bumped Standards-Version to 3.8.4; no changes needed.

* Added bc to build-depends, it's used by admin/codegsummary.

* Added autotools-dev to build-depend, otherwise it's not installed
  on the buildds and obsolate config.{sub,guess} are used.

* Added xauth to build-depends, because it's needed to run the test suite.

* Dropped linking with unused gtk libraries, because dpkg-shlibdeps
  had complained.
