  - libcpan-meta-perl to >= 2.101550,
  - libcpan-uploader-perl to >= 0.101550.
* Add (build-)dep on libfile-sharedir-perl, libmoosex-lazyrequire-perl,
  libmoosex-setonce-perl.
* Add build-dep on libtest-deep-perl.
