* New upstream releases for X11R7.5:
  - font-adobe-100dpi 1.0.1
  - font-bh-100dpi 1.0.1
  - font-bh-lucidatypewriter-100dpi 1.0.1
  - font-bitstream-100dpi 1.0.1
* Packaging updates:
  - allow parallel builds
  - add watch files and a debian/rules snippet to download the tarballs with
    uscan
  - build-depend on new xfonts-utils instead of passing --with-fontdir to
    configure
* Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.3.
* Move to new fonts archive section.
* Build with debhelper 7.4.11, to fix piuparts error (closes: #364903).
* Drop maintainer scripts which were handling upgrades from pre-etch
  versions. As a side effect, no longer call dpkg
  --print-installation-architecture (closes: #559230).
* Drop unused build-dep on xutils.
