* debian/control:
  + Add explicit build-dep on patch, since we now explicitly use it in rules.
* debian/ltmain-add-as-needed.patch:
  + Patch to make ltmain.sh handle the --as-needed linker option correctly.
* debian/rules:
  + Patch config/ltmain.sh before build to handle --as-needed.
  + Add -Wl,--as-needed to LDFLAGS. This (a) eliminates the unnecessarily
    linked libraries that dpkg-shlibdeps complains about, and (b) removes
    the unnecessary linkage to libmozjs.so which isn't in the library path
    and makes g_ir_scanner die trying to scan libgnome-shell. Fixes
    FTBFS (LP: #509177)
