* Update to build against xulrunner-1.9.2
  - update debian/control
* Use libxul-embedding instead of libxul-embedding-unstable
  - update debian/rules
  - add debian/patches/55_configure-to-xul192.patch
* Drop code that uses the Java Console as xulrunner 1.9.2 doesn't support OJI
  plugins
  - add debian/patches/60_drop-java-console.patch
