  - update standards version to 3.8.0.
  - update my email address, remove Rudy Godoy and Martin Loschwitz from
    Uploaders.
  - remove dpatch from build-deps.
* debian/copyright: update dates and copyright owners.
* debian/rules: remove dpatch include.
