* new upstream release
  - fixes syntax error in LDAP schema (Closes: #403850)

* ensure that inetd configuration is updated properly with the correct

 - updated DH_COMPAT and moved to debian/compat
  - depend on openbsd-inetd | inet-superserver instead of netbase
  - overrides for manpages in pure-ftpd-common
  - use ${misc:Depends} in debian/control
  - bumped up standards version to 3.8.1
* removed really old upgrade code from pure-ftpd-common maintainer scripts
