* Initial release that combines Compress-Zlib, IO-Compress-Zlib,
  IO-Compress-Bzip2, and IO-Compress-Base into a single package
  (Closes: #538214)
  - Build on libio-base-zlib-perl package to make a libio-compress-perl
    package
  - Update package name/description references throughout
  - Conflict/replace/provide old packages
  - Add transitional packages
  - Update debian/rules
  - Add debian/libio-compress-perl.examples so all examples get installed
  - Update debian/copyright for new release and add differences from other
    packages
  - Update VCS-* to point to the new package
  - Update debian/watch
  - Dropped obsolete lintian override
* Bump standards version to 3.8.2 without further change
