* Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
  - debian/rules: export the CFLAGS, so they're consistently used even
    when not called via dpkg-buildpackage.
  - debian/irda-utils.init:
    + read -d doesn't work with dash. Run with bash.
  - Autoconfiguration support (Debian #324404).
  - debian/rules:
    + replace multiuser for dh_installinit to reflect new policy
  - debian/postinst:
    + Remove shutdown and reboot links for irda-utils initscript
* Dropped changes:
  - Don't depend on bash, which is Essential.
