* debian/watch: Added watch file. Thanks to Justin Pryzby for his help.
* debian/patches/01_CFLAGS_fix.patch: Dropped in favour of simply giving
  CCOPT via debian/rules. Added the langcore.mk class to determine CFLAGS.
