* Merge from Debian Xfce SVN UNRELEASED, remaining ubuntu changes:
  - debian/patches:
    + 01keyboard_makefile.patch, 10keyboard_layouts.patch: provide a
      keyboard layout configuration tool
    + xubuntu-default-screensaver.dpatch: open gnome-screensaver-preferences
      instead of xscreensaver-demo
    + 00list: updated
  - debian/control:
    + Build Depends on libxklavier12-dev | libxklavier-dev
    + Recommends x11-utils
  - debian/rules: keep the .desktop installed, but add "NoDisplay=true" to hide
    them by default
 * debian/rules:
   - Readded dpatch support
 * debian/control:
   - Added dpatch to build-deps
