* Update debian/NEWS with details of openssl problems
  and key rollover.
* debian/control Depends:
  + Explicitly depend on fixed openssl.
  + Remove versioned dependencies on versions of dpkg and base-files
    that long predate oldstable.
  + Depend on passwd, needed for {user,group}del.
* telnetd-ssl postinst/postrm: fix update-inetd --remove regexp.
* Added stub debian/watch (upstream is dead).
* Standards-Version: 3.8.0 (no changes).
