* New upstream release.
  - debian/patches/manpage.diff: Deleted; applied upstream.

* debian/control: Set Standards-Version to 3.8.0; no changes.

* debian/compat: Set to 7.
* debian/control: Require debhelper version >= 7.

* Convert to SVN using mergeWithUpstream mode.
  - debian/patches/make-fileop_linux.patch: Refresh.

* debian/fileop.1: New.
* debian/rules: Install manpage fileop.1.
