* Fix inter-target dependencies for parallel builds.
* Don't install the README file, it's just a copy of the POD documentation.
* Remove an unused dh_install examples call.
* Run the test suite in the 'build' target instead of 'install'.
* Upgrade to Standards-Version 3.7.3. No changes needed.
* Add myself to Uploaders.
