* Remove files no longer provided to fix FTBFS and update bluetooth solid for
  Bluez 4 (LP: #280997)
  - Drop usr/share/kde4/apps/solidfakebluetoothbackend and
    solidbackends/solid_fakebluetooth.desktop from
    kdebase-workspace-data.install and /usr/lib/kde4/solid_fakebluetooth.so
    from kdebase-workspace-bin.install since they are no longer provided
