* Refresh debian/rules, no functional changes.
* Remove debian/{dirs,docs,examples}, not needed.
* debian/control: add ${shlibs:Depends} to Depends: and remove hard-coded
  libcdaudio1.
* debian/copyright: rewrite almost from scratch.
* Remove debian/README.debian, doesn't help users.
