* Sync with Debian
* debian/patches/10_update_default_list.patch:
  - use the desktop for download
* debian/patches/11_download_desktop_compatibility.patch:
  - add the Download directory to the compatibility list so the non
    translated "Desktop" is used correctly, fix the duplicate Desktop items
    in the gnome-panel places menu on the CD
* debian/rules:
  - don't strip translations so translated directories are created
    on system where the language packs are not installed
  - update translations template
