* Use Moblin's released tarball instead of our repacked one.
* Bump up Standards-Version to 3.7.3.
* Cleanup rules; use -i for binary-indep dh_* calls.
* Install 25ume-config-common_startup with mode 644.
* Drop dh_strip and dh_shlibdeps calls from binary-indep.
* Drop shlibs:Depends from control.
* Fix 0.2 changelog entry.
