* Merged from Debian package gtkpod, remaining Ubuntu changes:
  + debian/patches:
    - Re-added aac-configure.dpatch.
  + debian/control:
    - Changed source and binary package names.
    - Added libmp4v2-dev build-dependency.
    - Added Conflicts/Provides/Replaces for binary package.
    - Changed maintainer field per Ubuntu specification.
  + debian/rules:
    - Updated upstream version for pod2man (Debian should have done this).
    - Changed DESTDIR to use correct package name.
    - Added dh_icons.
  + debian/watch:
    - Added "debian uupdate".
  + Updated debian/gtkpod-aac.diff.
