* debian/patches/91_438784_allow_noopt.dpatch: Added.
  - Allow customization of (hardcoded) build flags to disable optimization
    and respect DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=noopt (closes: #438784). Thanks to Ming
    Hua for the report.
* debian/patches/00list: Adjusted.
